Champagne day

Friday 28th October was Champagne day, the universal event for all Champagne lovers.

We had been invited to a friends surprise 60th Birthday party, which was a fabulous get together of friends and family in a beautiful chateau in Mussy. The champagne was definitely flowing, and I was enjoying a deliciously deep rosé de saignée from Jean-Luc Carreau.
